If our technicians do not have the part handy, they have the class and integrity to get it and bring it back, regardless if they have to locate it locally or order it. You can rest assured your PC will never have to leave your home or office. Of course, if you prefer to have the work done off site, your personal ProTech will do that also, at no extra charge!.

As for pricing.....Don't be fooled by others that say they offer a "Flat rate" and then tell you it's for the first 15 minutes or an hour and nail you with additional charges when the service call exceeds that time limit. This is a time based rate, and a ploy to dig deeper into your ever thinning financial resources. ARC tells you the total price right up front. You can find it right here on this site. This is the price you'll pay for the services you select regardless of how long it takes. Better yet, if we don't get it fixed, there's no charge at all!
