If our technicians do not have the part handy, they have the class and integrity to get it and bring it back, regardless if they have to locate it locally or order it. As for pricing.....Don't be fooled by others that say they offer a "Flat rate" and then tell you it's for the first 15 minutes or an hour and nail you with additional charges when the service call exceeds that time limit.
